Staff Engineer - Full Stack

Overview

Staff Full Stack Engineer (IC4) responsible for end-to-end system architecture and technical leadership across global SaaS product engineering.

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and REST APIs.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements and data modeling through deployment and production support.
• Optimize code and designs for browser rendering efficiency, database performance, and space/time complexity.
• Ensure backend and frontend systems meet high availability, fault tolerance, security compliance, and observability requirements.
• Troubleshoot production full-stack performance bottlenecks, including slow database queries and state-management memory leaks.
• Lead architectural reviews, mentor 2–4 engineers, and drive OOPS and SOLID design principles.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience building and scaling full-stack applications.
• Expert grasp of DSA, time/space complexity trade-offs, and OOD anchored in SOLID.
• Proven capability to design scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant multi-tenant systems (HLD & LLD).
• Solid exposure to RDBMS, NoSQL, caching strategies, microservices, and distributed queuing systems.
• Strong frontend engineering understanding including component lifecycles, state management, and client-side performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation pipelines, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
