Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (AI Ops & Event Management)

Overview

Staff Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and ServiceNow Event Management solutions, including integrations with monitoring/observability tools.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following best practices.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management workflows including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
• ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring/observability tools including SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
