Staff Engineer, Software

Overview

Staff Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining software for ImmunoDiagnostic IVD products, with a focus on high-quality, maintainable, and performant systems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
• Build user interfaces with Blazor.
• Implement end-to-end clinical features for ImmunoDiagnostic IVD products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assignments on time.
• Design, optimize, and manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Integrate software with WSUS and Windows Server environments.
• Apply CQRS patterns to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of software development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related frameworks.
• Experience with .NET WebUI development and Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, SignalR, and real-time communication protocols.
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and database design principles.
• Ability to apply security best practices and perform threat modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to medical device software development using ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
