Staff Product Manager

Overview

Staff Product Manager owning Quince’s customer account platform and identity foundation, with an explicitly AI-first focus on identity, trust, and account experiences.

What you'll do

• Define and build AI-powered identity and account experiences for authentication, personalization, trust, and cross-channel flows.
• Build the account platform covering account creation, onboarding, authentication, passwordless login, profile management, and account lifecycle.
• Own authentication architecture including identity model, session management, account recovery, and security protections.
• Define the canonical customer identity and profile data layer to enable personalization and agent reasoning.
• Improve the customer-facing account experience, including dashboard, order history/returns access, saved preferences, and AI-assisted support.
• Develop identity integrations with checkout, customer support, fraud/risk, marketing/CRM, fulfillment, and AI/ML systems.

What you'll need

• 8+ years total experience.
• 2+ years in product management.
• Experience building platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system design, and data models.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience building or contributing to AI-powered products, including AI agents, copilots/assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
