Staff Software Engineer- Fullstack

Overview

Staff Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-powered tools for application development. The role spans UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development.
• Architect and build core web technology stacks including authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems.
• Drive team/division architecture and engineering standards for modular, scalable web apps and APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance developer experience.
• Integrate AI into engineering workflows and decision-making through automation and AI-driven insights.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, or Lit).
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude or similar) in day-to-day development.
• Strong command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience driving architecture and engineering standards at team or division level.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
