Overview

Staff Software Engineer, Growth will drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization using data-driven strategies and technical implementations.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement technical solutions for acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, subscription conversion, and product experience.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate growth opportunities into technical requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that scale AI-powered tools.

What you'll need

• Experience working on user growth (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) or revenue-focused work like ads.
• Full-stack development experience (web/React and backend).
• Experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks.
• A data-driven approach to identifying patterns and opportunities in user behavior and metrics.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Details

• Annual compensation range: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
