Standard cell IP Design Engineer

Overview

Standard Cell IP Design Engineer responsible for defining and updating standard cell library architecture across technologies and supporting characterization and PDK performance analysis.

What you'll do

• Architect and manage changes to standard cell libraries in various technologies aligned with design flows.
• Account for deep submicron non-ideal effects during standard cell design and PDK performance analysis.
• Improve and develop circuits and perform characterization of standard cell libraries.
• Implement innovative solutions in the standard cell domain to meet business needs.
• Generate NLDM, CCS, and ECSM views and validate results using industry-standard tools.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in (preferably) digital standard cell library development.
• MS/M-Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• PhD (Electronics/Electrical/VLSI etc.) with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Perl/Tcl/Python knowledge is a plus.
