Overview
Automation & Tooling Engineer responsible for designing and building digital capabilities that power the Transformation Office.
What you'll do
- Build and enhance scalable digital solutions for portfolio governance and executive reporting.
- Develop business applications to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Identify and automate manual processes across governance, reporting, approvals, and workflows.
- Integrate AI into business processes for workflow automation, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Automate data and reporting for portfolio governance, risk and dependency management, and decision logs.
- Develop governance tooling to standardize governance tools for visibility and accountability.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in automation engineering, business systems, digital transformation, solution development, or technology consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise automation solutions to improve business operations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, web services, connectors, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation and enterprise AI technologies (including Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio/Azure AI Services/OpenAI).
- Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#.
