Strategy and Operations Associate (Platform - Nishad)

Overview

Support strategic and operational initiatives across Turing, gaining hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, process improvement, and exposure to senior leaders.

What you'll do

• Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across one or more strategic initiatives.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop insights that inform decision-making.
• Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and outcomes.
• Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to process improvements across the organization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.

What you'll need

• Three or more years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with project management, business operations, or analytical work.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills: the ability to break down complex challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, and develop practical solutions.
• Data-driven judgment: the ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and inform decisions without becoming stuck in analysis.
• Clear communication: strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration: the ability to build relationships, work across teams, and align stakeholders around shared goals.
• Bias for action: initiative, organization, and the ability to move work forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
