Sub Contract Manager

Overview

Support the implementation of effective subcontracting systems, methods and procedures to meet overall project objectives and targets.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and integrate all engineering disciplines, planning and scheduling, construction management, cost control, commercial and claim management to perform assigned tasks.
• Create and maintain a common database that benchmarks the performance of all E&C subcontractors.
• Maintain and establish competitive and reliable construction subcontractors.
• Support the proposal team during the proposal phase.
• Evaluate each construction subcontractor.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in mechanics or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in construction subcontracting.
• Knowledge of laws, norms and regulations regarding construction.
• Technical knowledge of engineering and construction, with a sufficient understanding of technical specifications.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand Scope of Works descriptions.
