Subject Matter Expert - Supply Chain Solution

Overview

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain Solutions to support end-to-end supply chain planning and ERP solutions in Chennai.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, production & capacity planning, MRP, inventory, and order management.
• Act as SME for BAAN V and BAAN LN ERP applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Evaluate ERP integration requirements and coordinate integration implementation across related systems.
• Validate data mapping, interface logic, business rules, and support data migration/site migration validation.
• Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and collaborate on dashboard/analytics impacts.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience with BAAN V and/or BAAN LN, supply chain solutions.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including E&O and inventory and finance integration.
• Experience with ERP (BAAN/LN), MDSS, Snowflake, and Tableau/MSTR.
• Strong data analytics, validation, and governance mindset.
• Experience in solution design, UAT, and system implementation.
