Supervisor, Business and Competitive Intelligence

Overview

Lead business and competitive intelligence activities supporting business growth across Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences. Coordinate intelligence workflows and serve as a key contact for commercial teams on intelligence projects.

What you'll do

• Guide analysts and provide subject matter support.
• Coordinate and prioritize lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis.
• Support outreach projects targeting current and prospective biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
• Liaise with Marketing and Lead Generation teams.
• Update sales, lead generation, and project management systems.
• Maintain research and lead-management guidance and documentation standards.
• Support onboarding, skill development, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical sales support infrastructure.
• Master’s degree in marketing, communication, science, or business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Direct B2B sales experience in the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools and processes.
• Understanding of the CRO and specialty laboratories market.
• Strong research, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Experience conducting formal presentations for scientific, sales, or marketing audiences.
