Supervisor, Business and Competitive Intelligence

Overview

Lead business and competitive intelligence activities supporting growth across Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences. Coordinate intelligence projects and guide analysts delivering research, lead qualification, and landscape analysis.

What you'll do

• Guide analysts with day-to-day subject matter expertise.
• Coordinate and prioritize lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis.
• Support outreach projects for current and prospective biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
• Liaise with Marketing and Lead Generation teams.
• Update sales, lead generation, and project management systems.
• Support onboarding, skill development, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain guidance for research, lead management, data accuracy, and documentation.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical sales support infrastructure.
• Master’s degree in marketing, communication, science, or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Direct B2B sales experience in the life sciences industry.
• Understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools and processes.
• Skills in research, competitive intelligence, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
• Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
• Experience conducting formal presentations for scientific, sales, or marketing teams.
