Overview

Supervisor - Operations is responsible for executing fulfillment and logistics operations, including inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfilment activities.
• Support planning and execution for fulfilment operations.
• Handle operations across different warehouse types (e.g., CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses).
• Apply standardized work routines and methods to complete tasks.
• Escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
• Use independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines to resolve problems.
