Support Billing Specialist (Req #1441)

Overview

Support billing specialist responsible for accurate, timely invoicing and billing support across multiple divisions. The role also supports issue resolution, process improvements, and internal and external customer service.

What you'll do

• Manage support billing requests accurately and promptly.
• Complete invoicing tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized programs.
• Enter invoice data while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Distribute invoices by print, email, and EDI.
• Verify attachments and changes before sending invoices.
• Resolve billing issues and invoice modifications with relevant business partners.
• Maintain procedures and support billing process improvements.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in billing or accounting operations/support.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Familiarity submitting invoices in Ariba and Coupa.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organization and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Detail orientation, analytical ability, and independent or collaborative working skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree.

• Remote in the United States.
• Base salary: $21.63–$26.44 per hour.
