Manager, Solutions Engineering Commercial

Overview

Manager, Solutions Engineering (Commercial) is a pre-sales team leadership role focused on leading and growing Solutions Engineers within the Commercial vertical.

What you'll do

• Lead a Solutions Engineering team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration.
• Coach and mentor Solutions Engineers for value-driven customer and partner conversations.
• Discover, design, and deliver compelling solution demonstrations and problem-solving solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to accelerate customer adoption and drive customer success.
• Partner with the AVP of Sales for the Commercial vertical to define and execute a go-to-market strategy for new logos and commercial expansion.
• Identify process and operational improvements for the organization and lead projects to completion.

What you'll need

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial accounts.
• Executive presence and a coaching mentality.
• Experience with customer-facing technical consulting or customer-facing solutions architecture (presales/customer-facing background).
• At least willing to get AI certification.
• Knowledge of AI systems.
