Support Engineer, FCUBE Admin

Overview

Support Engineer for FCUBE administration, providing L2/L3 production and non-production support for FLEXCUBE and middleware platforms in a BFSI environment.

What you'll do

• Manage and support FLEXCUBE non-production environments and coordinate with DBA/Infra teams.
• Monitor and maintain EOD batch processes for business continuity.
• Troubleshoot issues across FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and middleware layers.
• Provide database-level support and collaborate with development teams for deployments.
• Monitor transactional data and investigate exceptions using reporting tools.
• Lead incident troubleshooting during critical outages.
• Apply best practices for deployment, performance, and monitoring.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE v12.3 or higher.
• Proficiency in FLEXCUBE database design, maintenance, and support.
• Working experience with Oracle Banking Payments Management (OBPM) 14.5 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE EOD batch operations and environment management.
• Knowledge of FLEXCUBE integration with third-party apps via SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with scripting/automation for monitoring and reporting.
• Exposure to production support or live implementations in BFSI environments.

Details

• Location: India (Hyderabad), and work within India GCC.
• Requires ability to work in 24x7 support environments with on-call rotation.
