Support Engineer, FCUBE Techno-Functional

Overview

Support Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS) in production, including customization and techno-functional work across core banking, retail, corporate, treasury, trade finance and payments modules.

What you'll do

• Support Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
• Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
• Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
• Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
• Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.

What you'll need

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
• Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
• Good knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems.
• Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
