Support Engineer, SAP BW (Evergreen)

Overview

Provide expert remote support for mission-critical SAP BW environments across 4.x, ECC, and HANA landscapes. The role focuses on BW architecture, data modeling, ETL, performance troubleshooting, and integration in customized client systems.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex SAP BW issues involving data loads, InfoProviders, queries, and performance.
• Partner with customers to understand requirements and deliver support.
• Support BW customizations and recommend best practices.
• Develop fixes for BW defects and data integrity issues.
• Advise key accounts on BW technical and functional topics.
• Use proprietary tools and remote access in test and client environments.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 global support rotation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of SAP experience.
• Deep knowledge of BW, Basis, NetWeaver, and integration.
• Strong experience with BW modeling, ETL, BEx, and performance tuning.
• Experience with major databases and operating system platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Spanish language skills.
