Support Operations Representative

Overview

The Support Operations Representative is responsible for daily business operations, including analyzing requirements, resolving exceptions, responding to tickets, and preparing reports.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements and handle daily business operations with oversight and direction.
• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Research and clear exception items on internal and external programs.
• Respond to emails and Team Salesforce tickets.
• Produce and distribute reports and files.
• Participate in projects as needed.
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in financial systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Strong active listening and analytical/critical thinking.
• Written and oral English communication.
• Time management skills for planning, prioritization, and organization.
