Systems Engineer

Overview

Support enterprise and IT customers as a Systems Engineer by providing technical leadership across the sales cycle, deployments, and post-sales networking support.

What you'll do

• Deliver pre-sales consultation, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise Wi-Fi, switching, routing, security, and cloud solutions.
• Present technical content to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage post-sales transitions, escalations, and customer support coordination.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management.
• Design secure Zero Trust networking environments and cloud-managed multi-site networks.
• Support channel partners through training, solution guidance, and joint engagements.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless networking.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security.
• Experience with cloud-managed networking and Zero Trust concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills across wired and wireless networks.
• Experience with RF design tools such as Ekahau or Hamina.
• Experience supporting channel partners, MSPs, and mid-market enterprise customers.

Nice to have

• CWNA, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent industry certification.

Details

• Remote role based in the Northeast U.S.
• Preference for candidates near Boston, Massachusetts or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Travel required, up to 25–50% depending on territory needs.
