Systems Engineer – VeloCloud SD-WAN/SD-Branch (MSP/SP), USA Remote

Overview

Systems Engineer to own and enable technical relationships with assigned MSP/SP partner accounts for VeloCloud SD-WAN/SD-Branch managed services.

What you'll do

• Serve as the dedicated technical SE for an assigned set of MSP/SP accounts.
• Help partners create, package, and take to market SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services.
• Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs across MSP/SP teams.
• Integrate VeloCloud SD-Branch into MSP/SP operational frameworks (OSS/BSS, service assurance, delivery workflows).
• Guide use of VeloCloud REST APIs, log/metric export, and multi-tenant orchestration capabilities.
• Co-sell alongside MSP/SP sales teams with technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Lead solution design, RFx responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

What you'll need

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services.
• At least part of that time in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments.
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs, metrics, events, and alerting.
