Systems Operations Senior Manager focused on Enterprise Application Packaging and Software Distribution across Windows and macOS environments.

What you'll do

• Ensure business-critical software is packaged, tested, deployed, maintained, and retired securely and efficiently.
• Manage and develop teams delivering software to thousands of endpoints globally.
• Engage stakeholders to identify solutions, products, and enhancements for supported systems.
• Recommend improvements for remote monitoring and management and conduct periodic system reviews.
• Perform network assessments, security audits, and system enhancement consultations.
• Define strategy and actions for systems operations to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.
• Manage people and financial resource allocation for the Systems Operations function.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• 7+ years of Enterprise Endpoint Engineering, Workplace Technology, or Infrastructure experience.
• Microsoft Intune & Modern Endpoint Management experience including application deployment and endpoint compliance.
• Application Packaging Engineering experience with tools including Numecent Cloudpaging, AdminStudio, InstallShield, MSIX, and PowerShell-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Strong operational mindset focused on reliability, quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
