Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Operations)

Overview

Coordinate the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for Haleon APAC, covering campus recruitment, trainee programme coordination, employment checks, onboarding and Workday operations.

What you'll do

• Support campus recruitment and management, including trainee programme coordination.
• Initiate, audit and report on employment background check verification with the external vendor.
• Initiate, audit and report on pre-medical checkups with the external vendor.
• Review employment agreements and check compliance.
• Initiate and manage pre-onboarding documents and activities.
• Manage candidate onboarding activities.
• Perform Workday transactions and operations for job requisitions.
• Perform Workday transactions and operations for manage hire.
• Coordinate and perform local statutory operations (benefits, payroll and PS-Tier1).
• Manage processing of one-time payroll items (referral pay, sign-on bonus payouts).
• Handle new hire documentation.
• Manage all vendor and PO management for recruitment services, including TPRM.
• Support yearly local audit and compliance.
• Undertake ad hoc global TA coordination tasks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Skilled at responding to complex inquiries.
• Ability to use proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately.
• Ability to use discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Well organized, able to prioritize work and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Workday and Eightfold.
