What you'll do

• Screen hundreds of applicants per hiring role.
• Automate the repetitive half of the applicant screening process.
• Run the hiring process as a production line, not a support-only function.
• Use AI tools to support hiring activities.

What you'll need

• Be able to figure out a new system within the hour.
• Be comfortable working with people.
• No previous terminal/API/ATS experience is required.
• Be able to handle both creative and business hiring screening.
