Overview
Talent Acquisition Intern role focused on running hiring workflow using AI tools while screening applicants for both creative and business needs.
What you'll do
- Screen hundreds of applicants per hiring role.
- Automate the repetitive half of the applicant screening process.
- Run the hiring process as a production line, not a support-only function.
- Use AI tools to support hiring activities.
What you'll need
- Be able to figure out a new system within the hour.
- Be comfortable working with people.
- No previous terminal/API/ATS experience is required.
- Be able to handle both creative and business hiring screening.
