Own overall hiring for one healthcare (HC) vertical as an entry-level recruiter at Sagility, maintaining the highest level of integrity, honesty and reliability.

What you'll do

• Execute a short-term plan to enhance the effectiveness of hiring programs.
• Get involved in the partnership between the organization and TA partners.
• Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring and skill development programs.
• Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, recommend solutions and implement process improvements in line with client/company goals to hire the best talent from the market.

What you'll need

• Graduates (degree not specified).
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent in MS Office.
