Overview

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle at Signify, from talent attraction to offer negotiation, combining sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and market insights.

What you'll do

• Understand the customers' business and job requirements, including the organizational setting of the vacancy.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and manage full-cycle recruitment: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Drive inclusive hiring practices and proactively source diverse candidate pipelines.
• Build and communicate an attractive employee value proposition for all prospective candidates.
• Leverage talent market data and insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing in a high-pace environment (agency or in-house).
• At least 2 years of experience with high volume corporate recruitment.
• Experience with various interview and assessment methods (STAR, ...).
• Proficient in ATS systems, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
