Talent Sourcing Associate

Overview

Talent Sourcing Associate supporting executive and niche recruiting globally. The role identifies, engages, screens, and qualifies passive candidates while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams.

What you'll do

• Develop hiring pipelines with recruiters.
• Research and identify talent using networks, social media, job boards, and web searches.
• Conduct sourcing calls, resume screens, phone screens, and reference checks.
• Track prospects, sources, and applicants in Phenom and Workday.
• Prepare recruitment reports and present high-potential profiles.
• Schedule interviews and support candidate preparation.
• Train field staff on sourcing tools and recruiting techniques.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination.
• At least 3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with sourcing calls, phone screens, and reference checks.
• Advanced internet research and social media sourcing skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean sourcing and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience coordinating and leading projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Box, with strong data management and analytical skills.

• Approximately 40% of time is dedicated to client- and candidate-facing tasks.
• Starting pay range: $77,800–$103,800 yearly for USA-based employment.
