Tax Specialist - EMEA/LATAM (2+ years of experience)

Overview

Support EMEA and LATAM tax operations, including indirect tax compliance, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Prepare and file European Intrastat, ESL, and VAT declarations.
• Prepare responses and supporting files for tax authority notices and audit enquiries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for indirect tax, direct tax, and withholding accounts.
• Complete approved journal postings in line with SOX and company policies.
• Publish performance dashboards and tax-specific reports.
• Use OneSource and SAP data, including macros, to support tax filings.
• Support automation, documentation, issue resolution, and monthly tax processes.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of tax experience.
• Experience with EMEA indirect tax.
• Working knowledge of account reconciliation.
• Mandatory experience with European Intrastat, ESL, and VAT compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP and OneSource.
• Understanding of SOX controls and accounting flows.
