Overview

Team Lead for Provider Data Operations, leading and coaching a team while using AI hands-on to improve workflows, productivity, quality, and SLA performance.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team to deliver against productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Use AI tools hands-on to analyze problems, accelerate routine work, summarize information, and improve data quality.
• Identify repetitive or error-prone tasks, pilot AI-enabled approaches, and turn successful experiments into repeatable workflows.
• Balance speed with accuracy using human review where needed and monitor output quality and risks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, provide direction on case handling and troubleshooting, and manage throughput by reallocating work.
• Conduct quality oversight via case reviews, audits, and trend analysis; ensure adherence to SOPs and policies and handle escalations.
• Translate new tools and pilots into operating guidance, gather feedback, and reinforce adoption behaviors.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, analytics, research, or customer service.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Hands-on AI or automation experience and readiness to transition into leadership.
• Experience using Claude is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate AI output critically and design human-review checks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with tools such as Salesforce and Confluence; ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
