What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate R&D and product development activities, providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, mentoring developers, and resolving technical challenges.
  • Coordinate verification and validation (V&V), functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring defects and Incident Reports (IRs) are investigated, tracked, and resolved.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
  • Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in software development, R&D, or engineering software, preferably involving SCADA, real-time systems, industrial automation, or power-system applications.
  • Strong programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or .NET Framework; experience with software design, debugging, performance analysis, and system integration.
  • Working knowledge of databases and development tools, including SQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, REST APIs, Git, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience coordinating technical activities or guiding development teams, with good problem-solving, planning, communication, and team coordination skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, ADMS, FEP, FLISR, real-time monitoring, HMI, alarms, events, trends, and historical data.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA/DA, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, Modbus, and IEC 61850, along with power-system operation and protection fundamentals.
  • Experience with V&V, product testing, Jira and Incident Report management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and release coordination; knowledge of C++, Java, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, or AI/ML concepts is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates technical leadership, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset, with a strong focus on innovation, customer impact, accountability, and collaboration across local and global teams.
