Overview

Team Leader, Operations responsible for sales performance management, operational execution, and coordination across functions and clients to drive sales improvement.

What you'll do

• Manage program sales performance and liaise with functions and clients to design sales improvement strategies.
• Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process and selling skills.
• Work with Quality and Training teams to co-own team and unit level targets.
• Handle operational activities such as processing sales contacts and transaction monitoring.
• Participate in process calibration sessions.
• Share overall sales performance reporting and key project benefits.

What you'll need

• Total 5+ years of experience in team handling.
• 3+ years of sales experience (preferred inside sales).
• 2+ years of self-sales experience.
• Understands and applies sales/soft skills methods and processes for the position.
• Keeps current with new or updated selling skills, techniques, and field trends.
• Educational qualification: Graduate.
