Team Ranger (Lead - L2)

Overview

Lead support role focused on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams technologies, including meetings, live events, voice, and related federation and identity issues.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams meetings and live events.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams voice issues.
• Troubleshoot federation issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business/Voice related technologies.

What you'll need

• 3+ years product/customer support and/or technical support experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Demonstrated experience with M365 technologies; preferably MS 900 certification.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business/voice using tools/technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, or Ribbon.
