Tech Enabled Designer

Overview

The Tech-enabled Designer in the CTO organization transforms concepts into tangible, testable experiences through design, technology, and rapid innovation.

What you'll do

• Design and develop interactive prototypes using tools such as advanced Figma prototyping, coded prototypes, and AI-driven experiences.
• Create realistic proofs of concept (POCs) and demos for concept validation and stakeholder engagement.
• Explore emerging interaction paradigms including AI-driven experiences, conversational interfaces, and agent-based experiences.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies and experiment with relevant use cases.
• Collaborate with innovation engineers and technical teams on feasibility discussions and viable alternatives.
• Enable rapid validation cycles by testing with users and stakeholders using tangible artifacts.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or digital product design.
• Proven prototyping experience beyond static design (interactive, coded, or experimental).
• Strong UX and interaction design skills, including designing complex user flows and systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with code-based prototyping.
• Experience conducting design workshops and interactive sessions.
