Tech Lead - Cyber Security IAM

Overview

Tech Lead for Cyber Security IAM, responsible for designing and managing identity and access integrations, lifecycle processes, and IAM security controls.

What you'll do

• Architect and manage SSO and MFA integrations using Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Build and maintain Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes.
• Automate provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for Day 1 access and revocation.
• Manage PAM solutions including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Thycotic.
• Maintain Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) security hygiene.
• Implement GPO security controls and Conditional Access policies.
• Conduct access reviews/recertifications to support SOX and ISO 27001 compliance.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in cybersecurity.
• At least 5+ years specializing in IAM/PAM.
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory (On-prem) and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell or Python for IAM automation.
• Experience with Federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
