Tech Lead Software Engineer - MarTech/Content Supply Chain

Overview

Lead the technical design, delivery, and operation of scalable CMS, cloud, integration, and DevOps capabilities supporting an enterprise content supply chain. Provide hands-on engineering leadership across Adobe platforms, AWS, APIs, Python, and distributed US and India teams.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and delivery for CMS, cloud, integration, and DevOps capabilities.
• Design API-first and event-driven solutions using APIs, microservices, messaging, middleware, and integrations.
• Develop and review software, application designs, and automated tests.
• Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, security, performance, and resiliency standards.
• Oversee deployments, production reliability, incident response, and technical debt.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

What you'll need

• 8–10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years providing technical leadership through architecture, standards, mentoring, or delivery leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native production applications.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe AEM, Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, CMS/DAM, Python, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, production reliability, and secure DevOps.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer certification.
• Adobe Experience Manager certification or deep Adobe platform experience.
• MuleSoft, Grafana, Kibana, or AI-assisted development experience.

Details

• Work onsite approximately 3 days per week and as required by the business.
• Collaborate with distributed US and India engineering teams.
