What you'll do

• Understand technology trends and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Drive digital innovation by using new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base and IT estate.
• Define high-level migration plans to address gaps between current and future state, typically in sync with IT budgeting or other capital planning processes.
• Own the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate with technical domain specialists and EA peers to develop technology architecture that enables new business capabilities.
• Assist with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance.
• Oversee, or consult on, technology implementation and modification activities, particularly for new or shared infrastructure solutions.
• Consult on application or infrastructure development projects to harmonize systems or infrastructure with the enterprise technology architecture, and identify when the enterprise technical architecture (ETA) must be modified to accommodate project needs.
• Lead all aspects of and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
• Identify the organizational impact (on skills, processes, structures and culture) and financial impact of the enterprise technology architecture.
• Document necessary enterprise technology architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
• Help the enterprise architect define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value.
• Understand, advocate, and augment business and IT strategies, and be prepared to sell the EA process, its outcomes and ongoing results, and lead communication or marketing activities needed for enterprise success and use.
• Develop technical architecture designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to support the architecture.
• Ensure the technical architecture aligns with security and performance requirements.
• Lead the implementation and integration of the technical architecture across the software development lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on architectural best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the architecture meets evolving business needs and technological advancements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate; Certified Data Management Professional; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA); TOGAF 9 Certification.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Proficient - C2.
