Overview

Serve as a Technical Architect and subject matter expert in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems. Design, deliver, scale, and continuously improve Model N solutions that support pricing, contracting, rebate management, revenue optimization, compliance, and operational stability.

What you'll do

• Design, architect, and deliver Model N (Powered By N) Revenue Management solutions that enable accurate pricing, contracting, and rebate management.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks within the Model N ecosystem.
• Partner with Commercial IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement, scale, and operationalize Model N solutions.
• Lead system adoption and knowledge-sharing initiatives, educating business users on Model N capabilities, best practices, and real-world applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and Technical Architect in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems.
• Provide insights, technical recommendations, and solution guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve system performance, data integrity, and operational stability.
• Ensure reliable production support and rapid issue resolution.
• Stay current with emerging trends in revenue management systems, data engineering, and AI/ML integration.
• Leverage innovations to enhance Model N capabilities and drive continuous technical and business transformation.
