• Connect platform functionality directly to customer business needs and outcomes.
• Manage your pipeline and own follow-up and nurture efforts independently while maintaining high engagement and conversion standards.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners and help raise technical competency and execution quality across the Trial Experience team.
