Technical Implementation Engineer

Overview

The Technical Implementation Engineer assists with configuring and integrating third-party software applications within Alkami Digital Banking Solutions.

What you'll do

• Implement and configure Alkami Banking Products.
• Assist with client testing initiatives.
• Manage specific client configurations.
• Raise bugs or enhancement requests found during implementation.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and support escalated client matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams by providing technical background on configurations and requirements.
• Train end-users for smooth transition to Alkami Banking Products.

What you'll need

• At least 2+ years of software development or scripting experience (C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• At least 2+ years of relational database experience (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completion.
• 2+ years of related experience (minimum) as specified in the posting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Details

• Location: US Remote.
• Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000.
• Work authorization: candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; no employment sponsorship.
