Staff+ Software Engineer, Enterprise AI Products

Overview

Staff+ Software Engineer for Anthropic’s Enterprise AI Products team, building enterprise-facing core features that make Claude useful in real organizational workflows.

What you'll do

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products end-to-end across the stack.
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise workflows into shipped products.
• Set technical direction and team standards for architecture and code quality.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and sales to translate insights into engineering priorities.
• Partner with research to improve domain model capabilities via evals and surfacing failure modes.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar using influence.
• Build multi-player, asynchronous agents triggered by webhook, forms, or email.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise/B2B products full stack.
• Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into usable applications.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and translating learnings into technical decisions.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments.
