Technical Lead - Network Operations

Overview

Technical Lead - Network Operations is a hands-on lead for advanced troubleshooting, design, engineering, and strategic evolution of enterprise networks across on-prem, cloud, and contact center ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee Hyderabad office network operations and support activities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for network incidents, outages, and operational issues.
• Lead resolution of critical P1/P2 network incidents and drive final RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor network performance, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure timely incident response and closure.
• Manage on-premises network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, and hub room maintenance.
• Design and optimize enterprise and hybrid cloud connectivity, including AWS networking and on-prem to cloud connectivity.

What you'll need

• Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and routing/switching fundamentals.
• BGP and OSPF knowledge for design and troubleshooting.
• Structured troubleshooting including packet capture analysis.
• Understanding of load balancers (F5 preferred).
• Experience managing enterprise office network infrastructure and vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change/problem management.
