Technical Product Analyst I - Image RPS

Overview

Entry-level Technical Product Analyst I (Image RPS) providing technical customer service to external customers for Deluxe software.

What you'll do

• Monitor the support ticketing system application group queue for incoming support issues.
• Take tickets from the queue and work them within defined SLA guidelines.
• Log and document customer interactions, actions taken, ticket status, and next steps.
• Update stakeholders with customer updates per follow-up SLA guidelines.
• Handle client cases focused on resolution for the supported product.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls for client issue/case resolution.
• Meet utilization goals and evaluation metrics (follow-up compliance, first call resolution, etc.).

What you'll need

• 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of scripting experience including SQL, Progress, or PowerShell.
• 1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Office suite document creation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
