Support Specialist

Overview

Support customers using PrestoSports digital products, including content management, live stats, and apps. Resolve technical and user issues while building effective customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through the PrestoSports product suite.
• Respond to customer issues through Salesforce cases, live chat, and SMS.
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Escalate advanced issues to product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Conduct one-to-one customer training sessions.
• Support games and events across flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of support or customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of product best practices and systems.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of collegiate sports.
• Experience with SaaS and sports statistical software.
• Strong written, verbal, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Full-time regular position.
• 40 scheduled hours per week.
• $20 per hour, eligible for overtime.
