Technical Product Manager - AI Neobank

Overview

Own a technical product vertical end-to-end for BJAK’s AI Neobank Superapp, spanning financial products such as payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. Drive reliable, auditable, and trusted products across strategy, technical design, delivery, and launch.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
• Shape technical designs across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation, and user experience.
• Build requirements for KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing into products.
• Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
• Ship products involving regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
• Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance on product decisions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with engineers on technical designs.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated domain.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering or highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
