Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Commerce

Overview

Technical Program Manager for Anthropic’s enterprise “quote-to-cash” systems. Own cross-team planning/execution rhythm and drive end-to-end delivery across engineering, GTM systems, finance, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.

What you'll do

• Build and run the cross-team planning cadence for quote-to-cash with a shared roadmap and sequenced dependencies.
• Drive highest-priority cross-team programs end to end from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery.
• Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems, including gap closure and control evidence collection.
• Manage technical dependencies across CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and integrations.
• Provide leadership with a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Technical depth in enterprise systems integration including CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms.
• Experience running compliance or audit-readiness programs (SOX, SOC, or similar).
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, finance/accounting, sales operations, legal, and executives and translate between them.
• Ability to thrive when the operating model is still being defined and help shape it.

Details

• Annual compensation range: $290,000–$365,000 USD.
• Location-based hybrid policy expects staff in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is available for some roles/candidates.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
