Technical Program Manager, Security

Overview

Technical Program Manager, Security driving end-to-end execution of high-stakes technical security programs across security, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end security program execution for RSP security readiness.
• Drive security workstreams from requirements interpretation through implementation.
• Coordinate multi-team deployments and migrations for security controls.
• Make real-time technical trade-off decisions during fast-moving program cycles.
• Create program charters, roles, timelines, communication plans, and success metrics.
• Manage security aspects of infrastructure partnerships and assurance processes.
• Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting on milestones, blockers, and risks.

What you'll need

• Experience driving cross-functional projects and longer-running programs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience executing technical programs requiring systems and engineering-level knowledge.
• Interest in or willingness to learn about cybersecurity or regulatory compliance.
• Experience leveraging LLMs to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience reporting on complex programs using data-driven benchmarks, including writing SQL queries.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence without authority and build cross-organizational support.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
