Overview

Technical Service Manager for Commercial Vehicle (West) responsible for managing OEM accounts and providing technical support for key accounts.

What you'll do

Implement, monitor, and coordinate OEM (commercial vehicles and 2W) related projects.
Add new approvals for business.
Implement and standardize processes at customer sites.
Conduct and organize audits at customer CV and 2W accounts.
Troubleshoot product and color-related issues.
Manage and grow Mobility OEM customers in the commercial vehicle segment.

What you'll need

BE/B.Tech degree.
5-8 years of experience in a techno sales and service profile, preferably in paints or automotive.
Experience in managing OEM-related projects.
Technical support experience for key accounts.
Experience coordinating with Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Details

Location: Pune (reporting line indicates Channel/Region: West).
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (West).
