Technical Services Engineer - Onshape

Overview

Technical Services Engineer role for Onshape (cloud-native CAD/PDM), focused on pre- and post-sales support and customer onboarding/adoption.

What you'll do

• Master the Onshape product and become an expert user.
• Deliver product demonstrations in collaboration with the sales team.
• Answer customer and prospect questions alongside the customer success team.
• Help build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships.
• Support onboarding and adoption by understanding engineering systems and processes.
• Relay customer/prospect feature requests to the development team.
• Develop technical product-related marketing and demonstration content.

What you'll need

• Experience with mechanical CAD software (Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens NX, etc.).
• Experience delivering product demonstrations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex customer requirements and engineering processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a technical equivalent.
