Technical Specialist - Tier 1 (Client)

Overview

Customer Support Technical Specialist – Associate provides technical support to customers for technical queries and issues.

What you'll do

• Provide remote assistance to customers for technical issues.
• Manage assigned personal incident queues and keep customers updated.
• Maintain incident backlog and keep aged calls within defined ranges.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction to within or above defined levels.
• Take calls from the assigned technology queue.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of industry-based experience using enterprise-level platforms and applications.
• Technical foundation in Operating Systems (Wintel or Unix/Linux) and Networking.
• Proven technical troubleshooting experience.
• Good communication skills and customer empathy.
• Experience handling deployment, configuration, backups, archiving, restores, replication, and performance benchmarking.
• Knowledge across listed technologies including on-prem hypervisors, containerization, and cloud hypervisors.
